Matching Chain Link Mesh to Inserts

On its own, a chain link fence is essentially a mesh of galvanized thick gauge wire that is interwoven at knuckles. Here at Slat Depot located in Lindon, Utah one of our specialties includes inserting rigid slats, M-slats, tubes, and other materials into the mesh and areas between the chain link components.

This type of fence is often prized by commercial property owners, construction sites, child care providers and municipalities for its added security, privacy, and visual appeal. Regardless of shape, each of our chain link inserts is created from high-density polyethylene in a custom extrusion process. They are available in a range of colors, heights and width to match your specific needs. We formulate all of our inserts with special additives to help resist sun fading and damage from seasonal weather. While chain link mesh is galvanized, it can still have an overt appearance that might contrast the color of the inserts. If this is an area of concern, we can coat the chain link wires and knuckles with a special vinyl material that matches the color of the insert.
